I just looked at the website Ann - and using the same initials as the original TPS leaves an even nastier taste in the mouth.

Those of you with elderly relatives, please keep an eye on them. There is a company called Telecom Protection Service, who claim that BT have contacted them to tell them that they are receiving a high number of unsolicited calls. They then call the elderly target, and persuade them to give their debit card details over the phone to pay 50p a day to protect them from spam calls. My mum has just fallen victim to this. Hopefully her bank can get it stopped, but they are targeting the elderly. They have a website which looks legitimate, but their tactics are just wrong.
