Mine went from nine pound something to fifteen something when I renewed last January. Previously to the nine something it was seven pounds odd. |

At what point do GR tell members how much they are to be charged on renewal? |

James. All you need to do is just gothrough the process to renew as if you were using your old card.it then gives you the option of putting your new card details in. |

James, I renewed a couple of weeks ago. I had the usual " your subscription is up for renewal, don't do anything if your card is the same as last time " message. |

Does the the renewal e-mail you received not have a link on it, my renewal e-mail had a link "Renew Now" which I just clicked and it took me to the "Select a Subscription" screen. |

I believe the option to change your card details is only available as you go through the renewal process, i.e. you choose the option you want, then choose subscribe, and on the next screen you should get the option to either choose your current card or the option to select another card or payment method. |

I changed cards last year. The way I done was I let my subscription run out. I then renewed it the next day using a different card. If your subscription is on auto-renew it will try to take your subs from the card you used last time. |
