I've been going to the naturopath for the last six weeks.......acupuncture & cupping.

I was a bit (a LOT!) wary of the cupping, as I'd never had it before... but it's working very well. He's helped me lots more than any doctors I've seen.

Himself must be bad........... he's cancelled his golf game on Saturday. :-(

Maybe I should have Googled it

Acupuncture.org.uk

"Cupping is an age-old technique used in traditional Chinese medicine to stimulate acupuncture points or larger areas of the body. Cupping is often practised alongside acupuncture but can also be used as a treatment in its own right."

My other half once, when in his 30s, put a disc out in his back bending down to pick up a golf ball when playing!!!! :-( :-(

more!

Not me, I'm an on-going mess, but now Himself has hurt himself again :-(

He came home early from golf....... no idea why he decided to back the car down the steep driveway....... he had hurt his back (must have been a helluva swing at golf!) and couldn't turn around...... and he backed the car into a brick wall. The bumber bar is now held on with a rubber strap.

He's on the sofa with a heat bag. I might have to get some rubber straps to hold him together.

I've suggested he makes an appointment with my naturopath......... but he won't. Big wimp doesn't fancy acupuncture or cupping.
