that depends if it was empty and you only half filled the tank then it is
half full

BUT

if it was a full tank and you used it then it is a half empty tank

Why is it ? I go around telling human persons that I can save them, they just look at me with a vacant expression, nod their heads and then take very little notice of me.
Do they not think I`m real? :-S
