Even if it's not drinkable you might find some of it useful in cooking - a dollop in stews, gravy, soup? And if it's heated enough it will dispel the alcohol! not sure of the exact chemistry, if it needs to be boiled might not do your cooking any good |

I should imagine it will be fine - screw tops keep things preserved pretty well. In fact, it's probably improved with age. |
