It is because the way the site is set up, it cannot handle a large amount of traffic. That's all. The servers time out hence the error message.

Back with a vengeance too .seems no rhyme or reason to it either . I was getting it just trying to edit postings where I had missed predictive spellings .

Got it too just trying to open genes

I responded to Mr M's OP, first one there........... clicked send and got the Error Message.

I couldn't return to the main page, so got out of the site and tried again, and again, and again, kept getting the Error Message..... then I got a weird Error Message that I've never seen before. :-S

My Original try was about twenty minutes ago!! It's taken that long to get back here.

Bank Holiday = more people using the site = servers cannot keep up with the increased traffic
