My Daughter has lost her sign in details to her Genes account, She has tryed opening a new account to put a message on here but it says she has to subscribe. She has also tryed the help page but there is not an option for lost email? she does have her old membership number though, is there any other way she could find out how to access it please,
Kind regards Helen.

She could try e mailing them on the following

[email protected]

or there is

[email protected]

If she can quote her membership number they should be able to help her.

Can she not remember the email address she used?

If she can then she can request a password reset.

I have had to do that on may a site Errol but not this one, it's the ones I only use now and again.

And even if she does not know her membership number all she has to do is quote her board name.. Genes Support know I am Persie .. very much so..

You should not be able to access an account merely by quoting the boardname. If you could, then it would be possible to access anybody's account.
Similarly, you should not be able to just by giving the account number. Anybody and everybody has access to that information. That is the whole point of passwords linked to email addresses.

If I contacted Genes Support and said my name was "Persie" and my membership number was "1192029" I doubt very much that they would just give me access because that information proves absolutely nothing,
