Am signed in on here ( desktop). never sign out... Dare't at the moment either.

Have always been signed in on laptop when booted up... Yesterday wanted me to sign in.... Ok... except that it will not accept my password..

Any suggestions as how to resolve this problem would be much appreciated. Thank you

It could be something simple such as having the caps lock on without realising or one of the keys not registering.

Have you tried requesting a new password?

Island. I did think of requesting a new password but couldn't see anyway of doing it. There was no forgotten password to click... Had a good look aroud.

Hadn't thought of the caps lock... may have accidently caught it I suppose... Thankyou. Will try that...

Margaret, underneath the box that you put your password in it says -

Forgotten your password? Please note that passwords are case sensitive.

'Forgotten your password?' is in a darker tone to the background colour so perhaps it is easily missed for some reason. The rest is in black.

Hi Margaret in Sussex,

Please email [email protected] if resetting your password did not resolve the issue.
