I got one and filled it in but I think it was the first question that asked how you used each Genealogy site; on Genes didn't give the option of standard member, just buying credits or monthly subscription. so, as it wouldn't let me leave it blank I ticked the monthly sub which is a lie!!!

I wish they'd run these surveys past a number of members first.

Same as you Ann, if there were a monthly sub it would probably encourage more users to try it.

Hi all,

The statement “monthly period subscriptions to use the website” is meant to cover all our subscriptions (which include 1 month, 6 month, 12 month/annual). We understand from comments that this isn’t clear. For future surveys we will reword this question to cover all the subscriptions more explicitly, but we would prefer not to do it within this survey as it’s already underway (so the initial responses wouldn’t tally with ones after we made the change).

Anyone who hasn't received the survey email, but would like to complete it please email [email protected]

I wonder if that's because the word 'monthly' does not mean 6 monthly or 12 monthly to anyone! It simply means monthly. :-0
