she was a good age though, you must have taken very good care of her, and then you did the right thing when it was time, by letting her go.

Sorry to read this, your memories of Ella and the happy life you gave her which she reciprocated, will be with you always. She will be waiting for you on Rainbow Bridge.
The sadness and loss are the price we pay for having pets, but who would not want a loving animal in their family when and where possible. It's just over 16 years since my Daisy left us, end of May 1998 and I still miss her but treasure the memories.

So sorry Mr M that you lost your little Ella it's heartbreaking losing a much loved pet .

Our old Puss Puss was 17 +when he passed away and I still miss him now .

Sadly too we know we are losing our cat Mirabelle .she is being treated for liver failure but it's just a matter of time now we have been told .she is 17 too

Such a sad thing Bruv, but i know the time must have been right for you to part with her.Dogs only reach that great age when they have been well loved and happy.
