I have copies for most of them, but some of the earlier stuff I uploaded is lost....as I had copies on my old PC, but when the PC broke, the copies got lost! So only copies were in Keepsafe :(

It's not just losing the copies as having to upload them all again!!

Do you not have copies?

I treat everything I upload to genealogy web sites as 'throwaway copies' then I don't loose any sleep if they go missing or, indeed, someone else chooses to take copies for themselves.

Hopefully they haven't been deleted, and it is just the link that lets you access them that is faulty, and GR can sort things out.

Yeah, I've looked in every folder, and they are gone :( I've emailed GR about it, so hopefully they can put them all back where they belong.....as it's taken several years to collect them, upload and add to individuals on my tree. Gutted!!

Have a look in your trash folder incase they have been deleted by mistake...

Am I the only one who, this morning, has found that every photo and document I have stored in KeepSafe over several years (which is a LOT) have ALL GONE?? :-(
