Oddly, there only seems to be a Heather J (not C) Bowman/Clark who fits with the other family names on the birth, marriage and electoral registers. Otherwise there is a more recent address which could be one of the sons.

They may have opted out of the public rolls after then but still be at the same address

You would be better off posting this on Find Living Relatives as it will stay on the front page for longer. Also, posting email ads is not allowed or advised so delete it before someone reports your post or the whole thing will disappear.

Hello I need your help.... I am looking for my Uncle & Cousins.....
Michael Clark
Sean Clark
& Lee Clark......
They live or lived in Lincolnshire...... My name is Jenny Heather Steer (nee Bowman)....
I live in South Africa, My Dad was Graham Ian Bowman the brother of Michael's wife the Late Heather Clark (need Bowman)....
I had contact for a while but have lost any information....
Please try and help me.....
