Liz ~ it has helped me a lot!

A few months ago my hip felt like it was on fire (bursitis), I had two cortisone injections that didn't help at all, and six visits to a physiotherapist. Two visits to the naturopath took away the "on-fire" feeling, but it's an old injury and hard to fix...... but we're working on it. It's definitely not as painful, now it just feels very stiff, and can hurt if I walk too far (a full walk around the supermarket is almost too far, but at least I can do it now).

This week he did some work on my wonky neck, so I had cupping done on my back... the circles are still black and a bit tender to touch.... there are at least six circles, about 3" across.

I'm happy it's not summer....... everything is covered up!

There are a few clips on YouTube...... some of them are scary :-(

I'm paying for years of ballet. :-( :-(... & volleyball.....& running.

lolol

You should see my back from yesterday's cupping! Big circles all over it.... yesterday they were red, today they are black :-(

I'm happy the naturopath used glass "goblets" and didn't throw them or plumbers' plungers at me.

That gives me an idea for making Daleks more fearsome. They could make their plunger arms into projectiles.

Completely different :-D

Some of you may know I am seeing a naturopath, getting all sorts of treatment, including cupping.

I saw this clip on YouTube

Not sure if I should suggest it to the naturopath or our local plumber.

I hope their aim is better than this man :-D
