	hi Belle & Barb......well had an extended break this afternoon...popped down to Makro to buy a few things....then Oh says do you fancy a late lunch early dinner. So we went up to the Glasfryn near where we live and had a lovely meal on the terrace. The views are stunning looking out over the valley to the Welsh hills, but I am stuffed now...ate too much :-0

	Ahhhh Belle, comfort break GOT IT DUH :-D :-D :-D :-D you're on the ball this evening :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D funny you should ask Mersey ;-) ;-) My son and dau in law want to take us out for a tea time meal. The restaurant isn't very far and OH wants to go so fingers crossed :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

	I have run out of large envelopes says I.....blank stare from OH.....waiting....shall I pop out and get some after I have finished in the office, put the washing out and cleaned the kitchen floor....yes says he.....On yer bike says I grrrrrrrr :-(
