Boy racer surprise!(Read the last line)

On the way up to the A3 today, we were travelling up from Petworth when the usual boy racer came up from somewhere behind us, over taking and tailgating.

Most of the way he was only about two cars ahead of us but forever trying to get further ahead and, when we stopped at the lights we were beside him.

I was expecting to see a hoody or a surfers hat, certainly not the flat cap, grey hair and hearing aid that I did.

I hope you gave him a big 'Well you got a long way didn't you?' grin :-D

Reminds me of the time when we stopped at a roundabout.
A couple of young lads stopped a little too late behind us and nudged us. Friend was about to scrap the car so wasn't too bothered, and just waved to acknowledge they were a pair of dorks.
However, what we both forgot was that my friends car had a tow bar, which is what the dork had hit.




We drove off and pulled off his bumper. We didn't stop, just waved :-D
