The UK Government is worried that pen*ses are getting smaller.

To find out how great the problem is they have asked all men with a pen*s smaller than 3" to put a white flag with a red cross on their car in order to identify themselves.

I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty.
