Contact Genes support, they might be able to restore it. Explain the situation and promise to delete the offending names.

In future regularly export a GEDCOM of your tree as a backup that you can reimport if anything goes wrong.

Hi,

I've (or rather my partner thinking she was helping) managed to add several names that I shouldn't have and as a result my tree has been deleted. Does anyone know if this is permanent or not?
