What form do the Fripperies of Fred take?

I am hoping to start making some Fred memorial fripperies soon.

They do take me about four or five hours in all to make so there won't be a whole heap ready in one go because there are an awful lot of people I need to get out and annoy but there might be one or two a week.

If you would like one you will have to tell me where you live because I am not prepared to drive to your area and leave one behind a tree in the park for you to find.
