He should not be allowed to carry on in football. This is the third time now. And the money he will be fined is just 3 days pay to him, according to the news.

I said exactly the same thing as you Elizabeth- In any other area of life, he would be arrested for assault.

What kind of example does it set to youngsters! As long as you are good at something that is popular, you can do whatever you like and get away with it? And human bites are very dangerous.

They aren't forced then, or there isn't some sort of levy. Footballers are not costing us anything. If people choose to pay over-inflated prices then that is their lookout, surely?

A large chunk of their pay comes from television rights and advertising anyway.

I think Mr Suarez should remember he is paid a huge amount of money to play football, not go around biting his fellow football colleagues.

If he was an ordinary member of the public, he would face assault charges.

Perhaps he should change occupation and try for a post as a vampire.

He clearly has no love of the game and no respect for football.

Too much money in the game to ban the top players, lot's of people with influence who would lose out.

Sport is a business not a game, even amateurs get money from the gravy train.
