We both like Judge Judy but get fed up with the endless repeats

OH likes NCIS and similar type series. He also like air crash investigation that he records and watches in the afternoon . I am not an afternoon watcher .

We both like Location,Location Location

I like watching in the morning before I do the daily vet run ,Say Yes to the Dress , and I Found the Gown Both similar shows. I marvel at how some brides choices are way over the top but that's just my conservative taste

I love all the house related programmes and Place in the sun, Escape to the country etc etc

Also like watching the Trauma doctors and similar programmes, it's quite reassuring to see how thorough most drs are with accidents and illnesses etc The Benidorm ER was impressive and the programmes not so long ago about Brain doctors (bbc2?) was amazing, the things those doctors can do when a patient's brain goes wrong or is injured.

I also loved the programme about the vet who makes bionic bits for cats and dogs, how wonderful he is and so caring and inventive to give them back a quality of life.

Watched the Cabbie Abroad last week and have recorded this week's, seeing how others live, especially those in Phnom Pen and the place he visited last series, is interesting and sad at times.

I enjoyed the prog recently about I bought a Rainforest or whatever it was called, it showed the other side to the logging problems and the loss of the trees etc.

I will never get to all those places round the world but to see parts of them in the light of the problems of the ordinary people especially is fascinating to me and I hope I come back in another life to perhaps be more able to make a difference in some small way.

I am not hooked on soaps altho I do watch Eastenders

I don't just sit watching tv tho, I usually am doing something else at the same time, like sewing or such.

Obviously I do like watching certain things, but I'd never stay in for anything that's on TV, or if people turn up and I have TV on I'd turn it off. I hate going to visit someone who keeps the TV on when we're talking.

It takes a bit of time to get into subtitled stuff, but if it's something I like I stick with it, if I can't get into it, then I obviously don't like it that much, that's when the TV goes off :D

Very little!

Sometimes watch things on Crime & Investigation channel, or Film4, Horror channel. Mostly BBC2 or 4 for documentaries, historical series etc.

The thing is Lynda if that is what you enjoy then you do and as much as I don´t I don´t think it should be removed from the TV !
I can´t do subtitled dramas.

Yes that´s between 3 and 50

What do you like watching.

I love watching Judge Judy because she makes me laugh but if I miss it I am not bereaved.
I also like watching Place in the Sun, Location etc and all the building type programmes.
I enjoy anything to do with old buildings or the old way of life.
My other vice apart from Judge Judy is Downton Abbey.

What do you like ?
