You can borrow my Westie if you like Susan,
saying that he looks like an Old English Sheepdog
at the moment, he is due a shampoo, cut and blow dry
in another week. :-D

Oh how horrid...frizzy hairdos! :-( Can you not tie little bows and rags around like my mummy used to do to mine and I ended up with glossy ringlets! Voila! :-D

Budgie!......what a good idea.....never thought of that.....but let's not twist things to get him out of it.....in the pool you go with him! :-D

don't start me off on that one One foot ......you may possibly end up in the pool too. :-D

he is sooooooooooo sweeeeet DShelley :-D

Edit:- They aren't entertaining humans as such Budgie......Believe me, if a dog didn't want to run around the course they play up or don't......my dogs get excercise from jumping.....roughly 30 seconds in the ring.....However,.......They don't take too kindly to having a frizzy hair day.....It doesn't do their street cred any good :-D

If the dogs had a great time and enjoyed themselves, surely that's far better for them than being made to perform purely for the entertainment of humans.

ps... ya should have chucked him in the pool with `em :-D

lol OFITG.....not quite as bad as an Afgan but nearly.....I am now trying to get up the will to live again before I start the process of re-grooming .....

I wouldn't mind but Oh seems to think he didn't do anything wrong and thinks I am in the wrong for moaning about it.......Can anyone hear my screams on here?

That cream cake sounds like a good idea Sirius :-D

Oh dear - that is very frustrating, used to have an Afghan Hound and I would spend hours grooming him, let him out in the garden and what would he do - roll in the dirt -(

Tomorrow is the start of a weeks worth of Agility comps so over the last 4 days I have been bathing and grooming the dogs so that they will look their best for the show.......

Now could someone please explain to me why? After hours of breaking my back and knowing that I had loads to do today before the off......Did my OH decide to fill the paddling pool and let the dogs play in it???.......Their fur is all frizzed now and I have to start all over again.....I give up!.....No sense whatsoever!
