I have a Mac and I discovered that if I tap gently on the mouse, the screen enlarges. Tap again and it returns to normal size!

Alternatively hold down CTRL and move your scroll wheel up / down to size your page.

My preference is to make the page as large as possible without needing a left / right scroll bar. First make the page too large then back off a step at a time until the scroll bar disappears.

Wouldn't you find that under the View menu in IE?
Or bottom right hand corner?
(Depending on version of course.)
