OUR HOSPITAL OH PHONED UP FOR A FOLLOW UP
AFTER HIS OPERATION,,DOCTORS SECRETARY SAID
SHE WOULD SORT IT OUT,
THEN SEND DETAILS TO INDIA THEY WILL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
AND SEND IT TO HIM FROM INDIA.
WONDER WHEN THEY WILL JUST SEND US TO INDIA FOR OPERATION.

And our medical information is supposed to be confidential? Don't the letters also have our dob or NHS number on them?

Even if the out workers are relatively well paid compared to others in the locality, there is still scope for them to illegally sell on our information.

Its shocking to think that its cheaper for the Trust to out-source abroad than to employ someone locally.

Or shocking to think they can't pay decent wages here!

I presume that's why it takes a month to get an appointment, and then you have to phone to confirm!
