In our household Maltesers are known as small geezers.
I <3 them and sometimes crunch them up and mix them into some vanilla or chocolate ice cream, which is yummy.

Would love to know what is a Malteser Traybake??? <3

P.S. Happy birthday, belatedly!

It's butter, maltesers, golden syrup, crushed digestive biscuits - and chocolate!!!
All mixed together and put in the fridge.

You're welcome, Karen.
:-D

Sheila, I first had this last year when my grand daughter made me one.
Unfortunately, my other daughter and her husband dropped in - leaving me two slices!! :-(

As I eat it so rarely, I now have a 'no sharing' policy :-D

Mind you, if I haven't finished it by Friday, I'll have to take it on holiday with me - and probably share it with my sister :-(

Recipe printed out and hoping to try it, thank you!
Mind you had better leave making it till after my daughters wedding, it's touch and go whether I will fit my suit as it is! ;-)
