lol I don't know but I was caught by the list of "most read" at the side of the article "YMCA Hawker becomes the first gym in Kingston to offer Insanity classes" I was relieved to hear it is a new exercise class. :-D

I was just listening to the radio and they were describing these units. They sounded good and were very cheap to heat and light .

The rents are quite high as the initial costs have to be recouped.

I think I would like to see them before passing judgement but anything that helps our housing problem especially in London can't be all bad.

I was talking to a friend in London a couple of days ago, and she mentioned that around her area there are many flats being thrown up ( ugly box-like she said) so I do wonder how successful this plan would be for London, given that developers can build flats which then sell for 'silly money', so can afford to buy the land at a higher price than housing associations?

I'm not sure these can be privately rented or sold on.

I do agree though that anything that puts up the prices in London would be perfectly ludicrous.

BTW I think Insanity might just be a trifle active for me. ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D
