Five boards first- coated.

I can't pretend it was me. He who was nattering to OH yesterday had to turn up with his magic sander and take over.

All the while he was telling e how he is going to haveto get somebody in to help with his housework.

He could have been at home doing it himself, it's not as if I am new to sanding floors. I did this one with a belt sander before the old man had the stroke. I am only evening it all out now for re-varnishing.

It wasn't so hot today or it would never have been done.

Maybe, if I had waited to have the hoist removed, getting up would have been a breeze.

Not exactly the weather for such activity :-S

To turn my iron on, I had to turn the fan off - yes I could have moved it, but that would have meant clearing another space.
So, I spent the day alternating the iron and fan. Eventually finished the ironing :-\

I have spent the day lying on the floor making a noise.

Just me and my Bosch orbital rectifying the effects of Wheelchair Willie.

He had the varnish off a lot of the floor so I am leveling it off before I varnish again. Then there are the stairs to sand before I do the landing and bath room.

OH and our mate sat nattering over me as I slaved away today.
