Feels quite chilly today although phone says it is 17C. I know that this is not cold but after the weather we have had of late I feel cold.

Our dog is breathing easier today, thank goodness. I love the heat, but my husband and poor old dog struggle, so a happier home all round :-D :-D

It is still quite warm here, but has been raining steadily all day.

I feel sorry for all the contestants and the spectators at the Commonwealth Games.
