We were woken once in the night to find Ria and Tina standing by the bed looking lost and falorn. It was difficult not to let. them stay, but. OH took them back downstairs and made them comfortable. Awoke this morning to discover they have joined us in the bedroom.
Somehow they
have managed to get through the unused cat flap, and open the doors. It's going to be a fun week. :-D :-D

I love them. At least you don't see people being towed along by Whippets so walking them should be enjoyable. I've read the prey drive in them means they might not come back when called once they pick up a scent!! I would watch them arount cats as well as rabbits......they can run really fast!! lol. :-) I bet you won't want them to go home after a few days. :-D

I wouldn't worry too much Paula. They are renowned for their Laziness and will probably lol about all day......run if you ask them to but otherwise can't be asked......A friend of mine has some.

EDIT:-........PS.... Keep them away from rabbits unless they are cooked :-D.......The rabbits, that is!

Go for it!
I looked after two red Setters for a couple of weeks. Lost 5kg and it helped me get over losing one of our cats.
Sporting dogs love running so wear shoes to match.
Whippets are very(deleted) extremely friendly so choose hard wearing clothes. Very EZ to feed.
:-D

ps: there's no money in it you need to love animals
