	I have had a really luxurious morning and now I am going to get stuck into sanding a bit more floor. Slept all night, I am getting the hang of it again. Have been sitting in bed all morning with a couple of vege rasher sandwiches OH made for me and a mug of tea. I recorded the Pastoral Symphony when it was on the Proms and have been playing that. Did have a little look at a programme with Brian Turner in it as well. Oh bliss, bliss and more bliss.
