*props eyes open* Good morning all, you are all chirpy this morning. I am tired, one of those nights when I couldn't stay asleep. Never mind, two beds made, ironing done and put away, dishwasher emptied, coffee made and drunk!! Florence Nightingale I am not Lol!!! So up here having a few minutes me on me own time. doctor said she'd phone after 9 with results. Well it is certainly after nine and no phone call as yet. maybe she was a bit optimistic expecting the results to be back today. good job we get on or we'd have ended up strangling each other by now. Not used to being home all day together all the time, normally have three golf days a week off.

So I shall check in here for a smile occasionally. Changed Luke's photo, not sure if this one will show up as well. He is going shopping :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

Jem :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D We actually do get on but we also like to be out and about and doing things. I am not the one in pain so can't complain it is frustrating for both of us. Cabin fever I think they call it!!! :-) :-) :-)

Living by the sea gives me ample opportunity to join in the daily seagull karaoke. I just hum along as best I can.

Wish I could speak ‘Gull‘. Can anyone help me with even a few easy words? Just drop them on my car as the pesky birds frequently do after devouring left-over chips.

Test results were all fine, female doctor made him an appointment to see another more senior doctor in the practice at 3pm.

The doctor he has just seen is one of the senior doctors and very pleasant and positive. He said nothing wrong with the blood flow or blood vessels. He made him sit in a chair and raise his legs up straight one at a time. Then he took the affected leg and made him bend it and also bend it sideways at the knee. None of this hurt. He said what he has is very common. Gave it a name I didn't recognise (or remember). It seems it is like sciatica but with that the pain is down the back of the leg. his is down the side so not sciatica but similar in that it is a trapped nerve from a disc. He says usually it heals on its own in 4-6 weeks (but sometimes it gets worse). as he is two weeks down the line he should give it another two weeks and if it is worse go back and see him again.

He has given him Cocodomol for the pain. Hope he finds that he can take it without problems as it can cause constipation and whooziness (and no alcohol). He has to keep moving not resting.

We shall see!!
