I asked G if he wanted to try a walk as it cooled down but he looked at me like I'd asked him to do the London Marathon. He had agreed to come half way to the Post Office in the morning where there is a bench he can sit on while I get his paper.
We will see LOL

He is mobile and active but was hoping for more I suppose. He's in his late 60s. and its only been a couple of months so things might start improving from now on

Barbs - The best thing I have ever done was to have a Knee replacement. I walk everywhere now without the aid of a walking stick. Tell your neighbour that the first couple of months are terrible but with the aid of crutches and the help of physios
It gets better as time goes on. Tell him not to sit around but get up and try to walk up and down the street.
