last time they did, it played havoc with my FTM program. :-(

Now when I bring the program up I`m getting a pop up box saying...
... Script Error
Error: Syntax error
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Is anyone else using FTM 2010 getting the same?

I'm using FTM 2014 and the links stopped working this morning. I didn't get a syntax / script error, just an unable to connect to the page on Ancestry message.

"We’re sorry, this page is temporarily unavailable. You can try reloading the page, or come back later."

I have just tried again now and am able to synchronise my trees, but still get the unavailable message when trying to access certain records or tree via the FTM web search option, although some links appear to be working.

Must say, not had this before.

I have FTM2010 and had that syntax error Thursday and Friday this week and it drove me mad popping every time I moved pages.

There is a 'fix' if you 'Google' but beware I did it and I have lost my web dashboard which has been replaced with an advert for FTM2014 and I cannot get it back. I still have connection with Ancestry so personally I am not bothered about the dashboard.

I wonder if it is something to do with the changes they have 'threatened' will happen in the near future with regards to compatibility with out of date operating systems?

The program works fine when NOT connected to internet.
And, it seems to be working ok once I have deleted the box it does still connects to Ancestry. (takes a few seconds longer than usual though).
Its just these annoying pop ups.
I think it may be coupled with IE Browser as well. because explorer has shut down my FTM program a couple of times. (cant remember the reason it gave off hand.)
