I was beginning to think it was something I had done (though what heaven only knows) so glad to read it's not just me. A tad annoying as I have a cousin in the US who's waiting for the file. Guess we must wait a bit longer it's only three days for me - so far.

I have reported it three times, had a standard reply , but still cannot export.

This is now 4 days, and my frustration is turning to anger .....

According to a number of people who have mentioned this, there must be a problem.All you can do is to wait until your message has got to the top of the pile, or they find out whats causing it.

Being in the middle of August, perhaps many of the IT crew are on leave?

Is anyone having a problem exporting their tree GEDCOM file I've been trying for the past three days, have reported it no response yet.
