Thank you all for your replies.

Minx managed to go one better and had a 4th fit at 2.20 am. Never has she had more than 2 major fits in 24rs.
Happily she was fit free yesterday after waking and is a happy little doggie today.
It does mean that my sneaking out and leaving her alone is a none starter, mainly because I will worry about what is happening. :-(

Oh well she´s mine and I love her to bits <3

Having just been through this ourselves I know what a worry it is knowing if you are doing the right thing by them

Oh poor Minx and poor you Uzzi, I do hope she can have a little more time with her family - but it's very scary for you to witness and bewildering for her no doubt.

We had to have our Ella laid to rest after 17+ years....hard desicon.

need to get this out.

Minx today has had 3 major fits 11-45 , 2.44 and 8.20.
The first was bad as she wouldn´t come out of the fit, lots of blood from a bitten tongue. The 2nd was just a 5min fit, but the 3rd scared the life out of me. Even after the fit she couldn´t walk and kept falling, until she eventually belly crawled for her water bowl. She took a drink and her head fell in the bowl. She could neither drink or lift her head, I took her head out of the water. I sat with her on the floor in my hall and silently cried for over an hour until she was happy to get up and hide.

What really scares me is last Friday 2 days ago. I left Minx indoors (alone for the 1st time) to go to the fiesta in Los Alcazares I knew I couldn´t take her because of the fireworks and loud bangs that had already happened. So yes I now worry what if she had fitted like the 3rd fit whilst I was out.

sadly her fits are getting closer and it is taking her longer to come around properly :-(

As said I am not stopping as she has gone to bed and so will I try. I am shattered after cleaning up after her and worrying about her. <3
