it usually takes 5/6 months to fully housetrain a dog
she may not have developed the sense she needs a wee yet
so it suddenly happens

GOOD LUCK :-D :-D

Well done fluffy! :-D

I say the words wee wee or poo poo as they are doing their business , that way, when we are out they know exactly what to do and when......I now have mine trained to poo near a poo bin.....very useful :-D

I met a neighbour out yesterday walking his 11 week old puppy. The puppy greeted me in the gleeful way a puppy does :-D

Neighbour went on to tell me that the puppy wasn't responding very well to commands, and that to his annoyance, had had an "accident" in the house.
He was obviously furious, rubbed her nose in it, and sent her to her bed.

I explained that at 11 weeks she was still very young, and that it takes time and patience to toilet train a puppy.

He asked me rather sarcastically if I'd ever owned a dog.
I had satisfaction in telling him that I've had dogs for fifty years, but don't have one now due to health reasons.

Some people seem to think puppies come ready trained :-(

I came away thinking "poor puppy"

Tec :-)

she can now sit when ask and she will fetch her ball but not always dropping it when ask

im trying to teach her off at the moment as she like to jump up you or nip your feet LOL
