A company based in Perthshire in Scotland has said that its new line of whisky and haggis-seasoned crisps would be available from this week at Scottish Co-op stores. |

I don't think I would fancy whisky flavoured crisps, I preferred my whisky in a decent sized crystal whisky glass, I half filled the glass with ice and my 15 Year Old Laphroaig poured in till it just covered the ice, only thing I would add to it was more Laphroaig - alas my pension does not stretch to buying a bottle of 15 Year Old Laphroaig, but still got my whisky tumblers ;-) |

Got to be wee dram of a Highland Park with one ice cube or Knockando neat. Don't think I'll be trying the crisps though and I can't stand haggis. |

LadyScozz - my grandfather swore blind that the secret of half filling the glass with ice was that it chilled the whisky and slowed down the alcohol getting into your bloodstream, that stopped you getting drunk when you had a few. |

Merlin - I have been called many things but never a Philistine :-D that said if the way I liked my whisky made me a Philistine then I enjoyed being one as it made me very "happy" hic hic hic :-D |
