They helped a friend of mine who did something similar........just be very clear in your email which one is the right account.

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone can help me. I have just renewed my subscription but before I did that I changed a couple of my personal details. I went into the lapsed account that I wanted renewing and it has renewed the other one with none of my up to date history or records. Please can anyone advise me on how to activate the account I want and not this other old one with no data. Thank you in advance
