Just heard Kathy Lette on Radio 4, discussing the BBC's lack of older female presenters (most presenters over 50 are male). She described their policy as:

'Facial Discrimination' :-D :-D

She's right.

The male "talking heads" can be wrinkly & grey, but NOT the females!

I don't care who reads the news, or what they look like.
