There was quite a lot in the papers today about Claudia. People did not like how she looked. Her fringe was shorter, and she was not as sooty-eyed. And they phoned in to say so.

Leave the poor girl alone, she is in the hands of the make-up people, and someone else must have thought it was good idea.

I dont think I have ever rung the Beeb to complain about anything!
