hi ive found a relative Capt. John Bell White he was high sheriff of Buckinghamshire in 1918 but for the life of me i cant find and image anyone have any suggestions. would be much obliged :-D

The chances are, Buckinghamshire County Council will have an image of him. May be worth contacting them - you have nothing to lose :-)
