Not yet, have been panicking recently, but had a meeting with our family solicitor who is acting for me and feel more at ease :-D :-D
Because my buyer wanted to exchange by the end of the month, I panicked, but all ok now :-D :-D

Don't panic Sammi the stress is not worth it :-D everything will be ok <3

When we were selling our house it was a bit stressful because we had just bought this one and i needed to be here to look after dad. <3 it took 7 month to sell the old house :-|

I am much les stressful now everything has been explained to me, it is the first property I have ever sold. :-)

Yes Sammi a slight improvement with dad hes been sat in the garden for a couple of hours 3 days running even though we have had no sun <3

That is good news Fly <3 it is such a worry when a parent is not well, I did worry when my mother was not very well, and even more so now that they are aging.

It must be a constant worry for you <3 <3

It is a worry but we have to cope and be ready for anything <3

Sorry Fly, thought perhaps he was in his mid to late 80s.
78 is nothing really.
It is so difficult on here, one never knows how old the person is we are chatting to :-( :-D

Mother is fairly well at the moment but her lapses with her health is a worry :-(

At least you will live closer to you parents and be able to keep an eye on them <3
