But altough on their page it shows where there head office in the UK is, this number takes you to a call centre somewhere in India. However, I had to call them a couple of weeks ago and they were able to answer my query within minutes.

It was regarding several emails threatening to close my account, which I was using all the time. I knew they probably were spam, but contacted them all the same, and they were just as I thought.

Hope you can resolve your problem.

Thank you, he was 87 but an Amazon fanatic, had every gadget you could of in his house lol but family being family needed to cancel his account so can't thank you enough xx

You can get them to call you which is probably easier as you won't need to give security details on the form, Click on 'Prime and More' across the top menu and then you can "select an issue"

My father died 2 weeks ago and I really want to cancel his account ASAP
