Hello Mayfield sorry I didn't reply sooner I've been out looking for moth killer, I have only tried our local Homebase, Sainsburys, BandM and Iceland...non of them stock any moth killers so I'm going to order a spray and a powder on-line.

Thank you both for your help.

My daughter had her wedding dress to pick up from the shop and cleared a space in the wardrobe to find the little blighters in there. Thank goodness she saw 'em first!
Total overkill ensued! She hit the net and came up with this regime all clothes in plastic bag dump in garden, hoover the whole area, light bombs (like the ones you use in greenhouses but for use indoors on moths) vacate the room for several hours. Shake out all clothes in garden checking them then wash. then cleared up smoke bombs and sprayed wardrobe with anti moth spray.
Spent the night at her sisters to avoid any left over fumes.
The dress was sealed in plastic and put away needless to say nary a moth got near it.

So take your pick from above :-D
