Today I received an e-mail confirming that a fee would be taken from my account for an annual subscription that I had not requested. Does anyone know how I can contact accounts at Genes Reunited so that I can sort this out, please? I don't want it to happen again.

You may not have unticked the 'automatic renewal' on your account ?

Go to my account and untick auto renew you may also need to contact GR as well.

I find my account reverts back to auto renew after a while so you need to keep a check on it if you don't want to renew automatically for some reason.
