Never heard of that before

Years ago I would defrost chicken in the microwave cannot remember being ill over it

I assume it was cooked, then frozen?

I would defrost, then re heat.......

For years I have been telling OH tht you are taking a risk if you eat chicken which has been de frosted in the microwave.
This morning he called me an idiot.
It´s my digestive system, not his. If he wants to eat it, fair enough. His risk. :-P
