Oh what a bother, been in hospital , my husband died and I am awaiting a heart op. Could I send an email explaining, could I telephone ? how on earth do you get in touch with customer services ???.I forgot to update my card for the DD, believe it or not I have had other things on mi mind. :-S

I would send an email stating that you have been a faithful member for 9 years and with all that you had going on ,it was understandable that you weren't thinking about your card expiring,so could they renew with new card please......

If they want to have happy members they should bend the rules in these circumstances.

Sorry to hear of your husbands death and your own troubles and hope you soon feel better.We have to fend for ourselves these days in every aspect of dealing with companies and it isn't easy.

I have become a feisty old lady and won't let them think they can get away with things.

You must be a paid up member in order to post?
They normally get back if they cannot collect the money and then you can change the card details.
