Another sad realization

Sharron Report 19 Sep 2014 09:23

OH had some calls to make in the New Forest so I went with him.

Having listened to Jimmy Shand the day before, I thought I would take something to do.

It was not until I was safely ensconced in the car at one of his venues that I realized that the former spanner wielding, beer swilling wild woman had packed herself some knitting and two gardening books.

Not to mention the home made bread sandwiches the home made biscuits made with the home made jam!

All is lost. I am an old fart!

And at makes you think that is not just around the corner pray?

Bobtanian

Bobtanian Report 19 Sep 2014 10:32

it is the door frames that cause it, going from one room to another, the frame erases all memory of why you went in there in the first place

Sharron

Sharron Report 19 Sep 2014 10:37

And the door of the fridge. You know what you went there for until that light comes on and dazzles you.

:-D

Did you take a vacuum flask of tea?

You're probably just as wild (in your head) as ever, but these days you're more organised......... and taking your own food is the way to make sure you'll get something you like, without paying enormous prices for take-away.

Yeah OK, I'm also an old phart, with a subdued wild side. :-D
