I must admit the internal form used to be more obvious. As Ken has alluded to, you know have to ask a question first then scroll down the list of answers to get to the link.

Yes it seems strange that they removed the support contact link from the Help page.

I suppose they hope that people will select the link that best describes their problem and thus would not need to actually contact support.

The trouble is it is too awkward to find those links if you don't know they exist.

It isn't really that awkward.

Most of the links on the bottom left of the page have the email address in them.

Also if you search for support on the help page you will get a number of links which contain the support email address or a form for an internal message which bypasses email.

at the bottom left hand is Company Information


click on that


scroll below the map, and you will find the email address
