Have been sorting out some stuff of dad's and that picture was amongst them...have lots from early life..but sadly a lot are faded....have a lovely one of my nan& grandad on their engagement day..but it chops his head off when I try to upload it here.

Mersey - I don't think my diet is at fault, I only eat cheese now and again, drink only almond milk - avoid all animal fats, in fact. My cholesterol has been high for quite a few years - It just seems to be naturally high, but maybe I shouldn't ignore it any longer :-( :-)
