Although completely blameless, Laithwaite's has today replaced the case of wine stolen last week. Now that is what I really call looking after your customers. And I have fitted a security camera. Now, which bottle should I open? Bob

Good customer service from them , but then it means you will still shop with them so they haven't lost a customer.

They can claim against the carrier too so may defray their costs

a win all round it seems

Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL
